Four Bedroom Unit Configuration:
Queen bed in the master suite with ensuite bathroom (shower only) and balcony.
Queen bed in the second bedroom with balcony.
2 Tri-bunks (double on bottom/single on top) in the third bedroom.
Tri-bunk and 1 set of twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom.
Queen sofabed and TV/VCR in Den.
2nd full bathroom upstairs as well as on main level there is a third bathroom - shower only.
The kitchen has a large centre island with seating, fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, popcorn maker, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender, dishwasher and crock pot. Also included: flour, sugar, spices, tea.
The living room has a TV/VCR, Gas Fireplace and Stereo.
Private Outdoor hottub and Gas BBQ on deck and indoor sauna. Laundry room on main level. Ironing board and iron provided.
Ski storage located in garage. Mudroom entry way with drying racks.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
No Pets, Non Smoking
Located on Sunburst Drive. 25 metres from ski out and just a short 3-minute drive to the village and lifts.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the village. It is 100 yards to a Japanese restaurant.

Taxes:	5% GST is not included. Non Canadian residents can receive a rebate on the 5% GST.
Policies:	Deposit: 1 night will be charged 14 days after booking is made. Full payment is 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: Cancellations within 14 days of booking date will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. Cancellation after 14 days from booking date but before 30/45 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit unless the unit is re-rented for the booked dates, in which case the deposit would be refunded less the $50 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30/45 days of arrival date will forfeit all monies unless unit is re-rented. Any monies received from rentals for those dates would be refunded less $100 administration fee. The Deposit and Cancellation policy for 30 days is valid for all dates except Dec 16-Jan 1, Feb 16-23 and Mar 15-23 when a 45 day policy is in effect. Upon check in a $500 security/damage deposit is required on Visa/Mastercard.
