Policies:	Deposit: 1 night plus GST will be charged at time of booking. Full payment is 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: Between time of booking and 14 days $25 administration fee is charged. Deposit is forfieted for cancellation after 14 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival. Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
