time of booking. Full payment is 30 days prior to
arrival. $15 booking fee will be charged upon final being
taken. A $500
damage deposit is upon day of arrival by Visa or MasterCard. Cancellation:
From time of booking to 7 days refund of deposit less $25 administration
fee will be refunded. Cancellation after 7 days from booking date but before 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit unless the unit is
re-rented for the booked dates. Cancellations made
within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit all monies unless unit is
re-rented.
