Deposit: An advance deposit equal to of the cost of the first night is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which is non-refundable. Final payment is automatically charged to your credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation MORE than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, an amount equal to your advance deposit is forfeited. The total amount of your full payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN 30 days of your arrival.

General:
A $500 damage deposit is upon day of arrival by Visa or MasterCard.
Clients must be 21 years of age in order to reserve at Snow Country Lodge.
