Policies: |
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of the 1st night
is due 7 days after booking is made by either Visa or
Mastercard. Full payment plus a $500
damage deposit is 30 days prior to arrival by Visa or MasterCard. A
$15 booking fee will be charged upon deposit being taken.
Cancellation: From time of booking
to time deposit is taken no charge. The deposit is
non-refundable if the booking is cancelled between 7 days of making the reservation and prior to 30 days
of arrival. Cancellations made inside 30 days of arrival
- no refund.
