Policies:	Deposit:1 night deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $15 booking fee will be charged upon final being taken. Cancellation: :If canceling up to 7 days after booking and outside of 30 days before travel you will be subject to a $25 administration fee. There is a forfeiture of 1st nights deposit if canceled more than 7 days after booking and more than 30 days prior to arrival. Inside 30 days of arrival there is no refund.
